Cancelling Your Order (Before Dispatch)
If you change your mind, you can cancel your order as long as it hasn’t been dispatched yet.

If the order has already been sent, please follow the returns process below.
Returning Your Items (After Dispatch)
If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return it unused and unopened within: 7 working days of receiving your order
Once we receive and check your returned items, we’ll issue a refund for the cost of the products.
Please note:
- Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty.
- We recommend keeping a certificate or proof of postage, as the goods remain your responsibility until they reach us.
- Refunds do not include the original delivery cost unless the product was faulty or damaged.
Items We Cannot Accept Back
For safety, hygiene, and legal reasons, we are unable to accept returns for:
- Opened or used products
- Damaged items not caused by us
- Personalised or made-to-order items
- Items returned after the 7-day return window
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you a confirmation email and process your refund.
Refunds are made to your original payment method.
Please allow a few days for your bank or card provider to process the transaction.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or you believe an item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible.
We may ask for a photo to help us understand the issue and speed up the replacement or refund
