Cancelling Your Order (Before Dispatch)​​

If you change your mind, you can cancel your order as long as it hasn’t been dispatched yet.

Returning Your Items (After Dispatch)​​

If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return it unused and unopened within: 7 working days of receiving your order

Once we receive and check your returned items, we’ll issue a refund for the cost of the products.

Please note:

  • Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty.
  • We recommend keeping a certificate or proof of postage, as the goods remain your responsibility until they reach us.
  • Refunds do not include the original delivery cost unless the product was faulty or damaged.

Items We Cannot Accept Back​​

For safety, hygiene, and legal reasons, we are unable to accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Damaged items not caused by us
  • Personalised or made-to-order items
  • Items returned after the 7-day return window

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds​​

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you a confirmation email and process your refund.

Refunds are made to your original payment method.
Please allow a few days for your bank or card provider to process the transaction.

Faulty or Damaged Items​​

If your order arrives damaged or you believe an item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible.
We may ask for a photo to help us understand the issue and speed up the replacement or refund
