When We Dispatch Orders

​We send out orders Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays.

Most orders arrive within 3–5 working days from the date you place them.
Please note: between 1st December and 2nd January, delivery may take a little longer due to seasonal demand.

Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

All orders are sent via Royal Mail and arrive with your usual daily post.

If Royal Mail can’t deliver your parcel:

  • They’ll leave a card with instructions
  • Your parcel will be taken to your local sorting office
  • You can collect it or arrange a re-delivery using the details on the card

Delivery Prices:

  • Up to 2kg: £6
  • 2kg to 10kg: £7.50

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes​

Please double-check your delivery details at checkout.
If delivery fails because the address was:

  • incorrect
  • incomplete
  • unclear
  • or because no one was available to receive the parcel

…then additional re-delivery or restocking fees may apply.
(Everything we send includes our return address.)

Please note:
We currently do not ship to Northern Ireland.

Tracking Your Order

When your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a confirmation email with your tracking details.
You can track your parcel directly on the Royal Mail tracking page.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Cancelling Your Order

You can cancel your order by emailing or writing to us before it has been dispatched.
If it’s already been sent, please follow the return process outlined in our Terms & Conditions.

Returning Items

If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it unused within 7 working days of receiving it.
We will refund the product price once it has been received and checked.

  • Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty.
  • We strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage, as the item remains your responsibility until it reaches us.
